In early 2012, Mireille saw Rockmybaby® as a wonderful opportunity and was keen to operate a child related business after her first son was born, which would enable her to achieve the ever-elusive 'work/life balance'. Rockmybaby® fits the bill. Prior to having her own children, Mireille worked in the fashion and beauty industry. Mireille managed and recruited for a number of successful businesses. As a working mum Mireille is committed to making life easier for Sydney families by providing excellent service, understanding family’s needs and ensuring that your children are looked after by experienced and professional child care workers. Linda brought Rockmybaby® to the Central Coast and Hunter regions in mid-2012. Having been involved in the Nanny industry for almost two decades, she understood the need for a local service that the community could trust their children with - literally! It had to be affordable and accessible to many, to really be a success. She came across Rockmybaby® and it ticked all the boxes. It also allowed Linda the flexibility to be at home for her young family and to balance work and family, whilst staying connected to her industry and doing what she loves to do - support both families and our wonderful team of Nannies!
From a company that all started when a mum needed a babysitter, we have become the largest Australasian Nanny & Babysitting agency. We initially started operating in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand in 2006 and quickly rolled out to other regions throughout the country, becoming the largest operating Nanny & Babysitting Agency throughout New Zealand. In 2009 we offered our first franchise opportunity selling five regions in the first five months and within two years completely selling all 26 regions. 2010 saw us launch in Australia, followed by Switzerland in late 2012, London and Israel in 2013 and Europe 2015.

When a sitter accepts, the client receives the babysitter’s profile (brief personal history) before the sitter rings to introduce themselves to the client.
